PROCEDURE
After Accepting Our offer buyer and we shall have first a video
conference meeting with buyer, then buyer shall invite SAVVY Group
Of Companies for a face to face meeting in Buyers office, and
exchange of legal documents of both Businesses before SAVVY Group
OF Companies representatives order the Shipment.
The Buyer and SAVVY Group OF Companies Will Sign the contract and
SAVVY Group OF Companies will nominate a representative that will
accompany Gold Dore bar to the Buyers destination Refinery to
witness the Refinery process.
TRANSPORTATION DOCUMENTS
This delivery shall be accompanied by:
- Certificate of Origin. Before the gold leave the country
through the exporter company
- All the export documents will bear the buyer name
- SAAVY Group Of Companies Will bear the export costs from
Liberia to the buyer
DELIVERY
PROCEDURES
Qty hand carried by the representatives of SAVVY Group OF Companies
and any Qty larger will be will exported through a freight agency
from Liberia and the Gold shipped to buyers destination Airport
Free Zone accompanied by SAVVY Group OF
Representatives.
OWNERSHIP PROCEDURE
1) After arrival to the Buyers Airport Free Zone before
Custom clearance procedure with the refinery coordination Gold
shipment will be registered on the name of the Buyer.
2) we expect the buyer to safely transport us from the Airport
location to the refinery location will be all done by the
Buyer.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Payment to the SELLER shall be made by
Swift bank wire transfer to the SELLER s nominated bank account
within *8 Banking Hours deposit payment after assay report
and upon satisfactory completion of the refining
ADDITIONAL INCLUSION:
After multiple Successful hands carry shipments if discussed with
the buyer if they wish to they can assist SAVVY Group OF Companies
with equipment (Washers) needed for the expansion that we are doing
now for our mining operation, which shall increase the supply
capacity to *0KG and above and increase our supply to the buyer as
we are now currently going through expansion.
